Wow.... could you possibly know how pumped i was when i saw that the Gloryhunters are still going..... and going strong...

who would have thought back in 1999 that a wild idea of forming an Australian Guild/clan... well "Squad" back in those days

from the humble beginings with Anzak(Kazna),Toker,Flint(flogger),Krusty(bobismyname) and Dragon and Lambo forging an alliance to become one of Australias most respected gaminig clans within 2 years
=GH= started as online military (1st person shooter)MMOG
thoughout the Delta force series... but we needed/wanted more, as we had an ever increasing number of eager recruits, and what we found was "Battlefield 1942" which at the time called for big changes with bigger battlefields more players and a need to upgrade most of our hardware to be competitive..

As time went on... GH grew, not in numbers but as an organization of gamers who just genuinely like hanging out online with other GH gamers, so the need to find something that allowed GH members to not just play together but be able to socialise as well..

if any of your can remember... the birth of planetside blew away any 1st person shooter anyone had ever seen before... it was MASSIVE and the number of GH grew to match... GH become such a dominant force in Planetside that standard tactics started to be named after GH such as the "Glory-rush" and the lesser known G-block
we thought we found what we had been looking for... but alas... Planetside killed itself with ridiculous updates and upgrades... so again the search went on again

im not sure who discovered Everquest (think it may have been flint.vallo or myself)but what we discovered was exactly what we were looking for (admittedly we lost a fair few "hardcore military gamers")but it finaly looked like GH had found a home.. now some 10years later i see that GH is still going strong and has kept true to the values that were instilled all those years ago, and the quote we lived by is still held high and proud "feel the pride and Taste the glory"

could i possible be any prouder
